We are a small branch which meets at 12 noon on the third Wednesday of each month. We start our meeting with lunch and midday prayers. We have a varied programme of visiting speakers, bible studies, outings and fund raising events.

Members donate much need items for the local women's' refuge and homeless organisations. Members also help to fund the Away From It All (AFIA) Mothers' Union holiday scheme; which aims to help people who are experiencing stress in their family life.

We provide Mothering Sunday posies and Father's Day buttonholes, baptismal anniversary cards are sent out on behalf of the church to all baptised in St Johns. Couples getting married in church are sent a card to wish them well as 'Mr & Mrs'.

Members are also very busy in the life of church including Elders, Church Warden and PCC member.

During Advent we have a number of Travelling Cribs that two local schools share with their children and the church family.

Visitors and new members are always welcome.

Please contact Val Jeffreys for further details, tel 01449 721346 or email.
