St Margaret's is a Mothers' Union Branch with 24 members. We meet at 2.30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month and have a varied programme of talks and services.
In addition to our meeting, a Coffee Morning is held each month. We have a garden party in May and hold a Wave of Prayer service at one of our member's houses.
In April we were pleased to welcome our Diocesan President and had a speaker from St Elizabeth Hospice in October. We had a fun time in November learning how to make table decorations in time for Christmas.
Our outing last year was to Felixstowe, unfortunately the weather was not kind to us but tea and cake at the Felixstowe Spa Pavillion seemed to help us overcome the disappointing weather.

We support the Mothers' Union charities with fundraising and the local charity FIND, to whom we give gifts on Mothering Sunday, at Harvest Festival and Christmas.
The Branch also supplies emergency toiletry bags, drainage bottle bags and syringe driver bags to the Hospital and Hospice and woolly hats to sailors!
Visitors always welcome.
